Step into the future of automotive innovation at the Hyundai Motor Group UX Studio Seoul, where groundbreaking user experiences come to life. This immersive space is a hub for UX researchers and enthusiasts to explore and shape the latest mobility trends. But here's where it gets controversial... Is the traditional studio model truly the best way to foster user-centered design? Let's dive in and discover the unique approach that sets this studio apart. Open doors, open minds - that's the philosophy driving Hyundai's UX Studio Seoul. After a transformative renovation, it now offers an immersive automotive UX experience with a collaborative twist. Involving people in the automotive journey has always been part of Hyundai's vision of Progress for People. Now, the UX Studio Seoul is taking things a step further by inviting visitors to engage directly with UX-based future mobility content and encouraging them to participate in the research and development process. UX Test Zone: This is where the magic happens. Guests are welcomed by two floors of discovery and interaction, each offering a zone with a specific function and focus. The first floor features the Open Lab, an open, interactive space brimming with exhibitions and insights into Hyundai's UX world, complete with hands-on experiences. The second floor houses the Advanced Research Lab, where UX researchers and selected users collaborate on UX research and feature development. Access to unlimited possibilities is what the Open Lab offers. Here, open access and engagement are encouraged and celebrated. Visitors are granted access to every stage of the UX research process, from UX Insight to UX Validation. The SDV Zone lets visitors experience next-generation mobility software firsthand, with highlights like 'Pleos 25,' Hyundai's software brand accelerating the evolution of smart vehicles. UX Archive Zone: This is where the evolution of Hyundai's mobility UX comes to life. The current exhibit explores the theme of 'Vision' and its influence on UX design over time. It showcases how visual communication between driver and vehicle has developed, with interactive elements illustrating the transformation of key components. Advanced Research Lab: This is a dedicated space where UX researchers develop technologies for future mobility. Unlike typical research facilities, the Advanced Research Lab welcomes real users and includes them at key stages of the process, fostering co-creation and validation of UX concepts. The wonderful world of UX mobility: Hyundai believes that openness is essential to progress. The UX Studio Seoul is accessible to everyone, offering free, guided tours from 30 minutes to 60 minutes of professional experience.
