Neyor's collegiate career has been quite notable, having played for several universities. He spent time at the University of Wyoming from 2019 to 2021, then moved to the University of Texas for the 2022-2023 seasons, before finally playing for the University of Nebraska in 2024. During his last college season, Neyor showcased his abilities by participating in 12 games and starting in nine of them. Impressively, he led the Cornhuskers with five touchdown receptions and ranked second on the team with a total of 455 receiving yards across 34 catches, averaging 13.4 yards per reception.
