Dillon Danis, the MMA fighter, is facing a legal setback due to a concussion sustained during a brawl at the UFC 322 event. This injury has prevented him from attending his scheduled deposition in the Nina Agdal case, which is set to take place in New Jersey next week. The brawl, which occurred at MSG on November 15, involved Danis and members of Islam Makhachev's team, leading to a head injury that is currently being treated in California. As a result, Danis' lawyer has informed Agdal's legal team that he will not be available for the deposition on December 10. This is not the first delay in the legal proceedings, which began in 2023 when Agdal served Danis with a lawsuit. The concussion has also forced Danis to withdraw from a scheduled bout against Anthony Taylor at Misfits Mania, with the company stating that he will return to the ring in 2026 to defend his title.
